The one-person department
How a single operator runs the full infrastructure of five brands — content, commerce, ads, publishing — through Claude Code agent fleets and scheduled automation, work that used to require a team.

Italo Campilii builds brands, then builds the AI systems that run them — content engines, e-commerce, ad factories, and publishing pipelines operated solo from the terminal. A clear, human story about what one deeply focused operator can now do.

A 23-year autoimmune illness taught Italo a systems-over-hustle philosophy: engineer strong systems and they carry you. He rebuilt his health the same way he now engineers everything else.
A career that runs from the top-1% launch team of the first Apple Store in Italy and a stint as a Google ads quality rater, through a decade of C-suite brand builds, to terminal-native agentic operations.
A grounded, hype-free definition of the role every company is now trying to hire for — and why it sits between engineering and operations, closer to a founder-operator than either.
Italo Campilii is an AI systems builder, brand architect, and founder-operator with more than 20 years across Apple, Google, and founder-led companies. He was on the top-1% launch team of the first Apple Store in Italy, later built brands and sales systems as a C-suite operator — including the brand and SaaS platform for a firm during a $375M hospitality-fintech acquisition — and has co-founded four companies to operational P&L.
Today he runs the infrastructure of five brands solo — Acromatico, Ecolosophy, MentorMe, and a book-publishing arm at mentoreconomy.com — orchestrated through Claude Code, AI agent fleets, and scheduled automation. He is a speaker at EXMA, a John Maxwell certified speaker and coach, and has been featured across Apple, Google, and Guinness World Records credits. He works remotely from Florida and writes about running one-person operations at his Build Log.
